2 lbs ricotta cheese
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 tablespoon lemon peel
Preparation

blend all ingredients and put into a 10 inch cake pan, either glass, or round.
preheat oven to 300 and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
bake until top is brown and knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
