Hot Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups diced cooked chicken
    2 cups diced celery
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon grated onion
    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    1 cup mayonnaise (I use Hellman's)
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    2/3 cup crushed potato chips (I use Ruffles)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheese and potato chips.
    Pour into a shallow, buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Combine cheese and potato chips and spread on top.
    Bake uncovered 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
