Ingredients

1 quart tomatoes, diced
2 jalapeno peppers, diced
2 fresh cayenne peppers, crushed
1/4 onion, diced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/4 teaspoon crushed oregano flakes
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Preparation

Place ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend only a few seconds so tomatoes remain chunky and other ingredients blend nicely.
