Arabic Honey Glazed Pistachio Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    4 tablespoons sugar
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/8 teaspoon baking soda
    1 pinch salt
    1 teaspoon ground cardamom
    3 tablespoons buttermilk
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    3 tablespoons yogurt
    3 tablespoons crushed pistachio nuts
    honey, for glaze
Preparation
    pre-heat oven to 350f.
    In a mixing bowl add flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt and cardamom and mix well.
    Add buttermilk, egg, vanilla, yogurt and mix well. Fold in pistachio's.
    Place 5 liners into a muffin pan and fill 3/4 full with batter. Bake 15-20 mins until lightly browned and toothpick comes out clean.
    Brush tops with honey.
