California Club Wrap - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium whole wheat tortilla
2 tablespoons hummus
1 roma tomato, thinly sliced
1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2 cup watercress, thick stems discarded
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation

Lay tortilla on a flat surface and spread with hummus. Layer with tomatoes, cucumber and watercress. Season to taste, roll up tightly and enjoy.
