Carolina Bbq Rub - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup smoked paprika
    2 tablespoons salt
    2 tablespoons granulated sugar
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    2 tablespoons ground cumin
    2 tablespoons chili powder
    2 tablespoons ground black pepper
    1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, mix well.
    Use as a dry rub on beef, chicken, lamb or pork.
    If making ahead of time, store in an air tight container in a cool place for up to six months after preparation.
