Sommer'S Ground Turkey Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lbs ground turkey
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
    1 (16 ounce) can dark red kidney beans
    1 (16 ounce) can pinto beans
    1 (16 ounce) can black beans
    1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
    1 tablespoon ketchup
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    2 tablespoons chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon oregano
    1/2 teaspoon cumin
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or slightly less)
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 cups water
Preparation
    Brown ground turkey, Worcestershire sauce, chopped onion, chopped green, yellow, and red bell peppers over medium-high heat in a Dutch oven or large saucepan. until meat is browned. Drain, if desired and return to pan.
    Add the 3 cans of beans, the can of diced tomatoes, the ketchup, the brown sugar, and all of the spices, plus the water. Stir to combine and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to medium, cook uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
