Andes Mint Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 ounce) packages Junior mints
    3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
    2/3 cup sugar
    3 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 graham cracker crust or 1 chocolate crumb crust
Preparation
    Put mints in freezer and freeze.
    Heat oven to 350 degrees.
    Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
    Add eggs, one at a time beating after each.
    Mix in vanilla.
    chop frozen junior mints and sprinkle on cheesecake.
    Bake 40-45 minutes or until set.
    Cool.
    Then chill over night.
