Ingredients
    85 g fresh tuna steaks, grilled
    75 g brown rice, boiled
    105 g frozen peas and carrots, boiled
Preparation
    boil rice - 20 minutes.
    5 mins to go grill tuna and but peas and carrots in the boiling rice.
    serve your healthy meal :) - easy!
