Butterfly Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 cup boiling water
1 teaspoon lemon rind
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
Preparation

combine very well chilled egg white
sugar cream of tarter in small mixing bowl.
add boiling water and beat immediately at high speed until thick and fluffy (see this is where i feel might have scrambled eggs without tempering ).
add lemon rind finely grated and lemin extract.
can tint if you want.
