Sour Cherry Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb sour cherry, chopped fresh (or frozen either way about 2.25 cups)
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons red onions, finely chopped
1 jalapeno chile, finely chopped fresh (including seeds)
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro, fresh chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation

If using frozen, thaw and reserve juice for some other use.
Mix cherries and sugar until dissolved.
Stir in onion, jalapeno, lime, cilantro and salt.
Let stand at room temp for 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
