Apple-Craisins Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 granny smith apples, diced
    1 cup dried cranberries
    2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
    1/2 cup onion, diced
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon curry powder
    1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
    1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
    Combine apples, dried cranberries, apple cider vinegar, onion, sugar, cinnamon, curry powder, coarse salt, and black pepper in a medium saucepan.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat to a simmer.
    Cover and cook for 25 to 30 minutes or until thick, stirring frequently.
    Makes 1-1/2 cups.
