Shrimp Cocktail With Whiskey Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    5 tablespoons tomato ketchup
    2 tablespoons whiskey
    4 tablespoons plain yogurt
    mixed salad green, for 4 people
    8 ounces jumbo shrimp, cooked and peeled
    salt and black pepper
    10 basil leaves, shredded, to garnish
Preparation
    Place the mayonnaise, ketchup, whiskey and yogurt into a bowl and whisk well together. Season to taste.
    Plae the salad leaves on individual plates or in one serving bowl.
    Pile the shrimp in the centre and drizzle with the dressing.
    Garnish with basil.
