Spicy Beef Satay Pho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cups chicken broth
5 ounces hoisin sauce
2 1/2 ounces satay barbecue sauce
2 ounces peanuts (crushed)
1 ounce lemongrass (chopped small)
1/2 teaspoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon chili oil
1 lb beef (sliced thin)
1/2 English cucumber (chopped)
1/2 cabbage (chopped)
1/2 lb bean sprouts
rice noodles
green onion (chopped for garnish)
Preparation

Mix and cook the first 7 ingredients.
Add the beef (or chicken).
Mix together the cabbage, cucumber and bean sprouts.
Cook the rice noodles in hot water. Drain.
Put the cooked noodles on top of the vegetables in individual bowls.
Pour the soup over top and sprinkle with green onions.
