Seedy Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup cracked wheat
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup sunflower seeds
    2 tablespoons sesame seeds
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    1 (8 g) package instant yeast
    1 1/3 cups water
    1/4 cup cooking oil
    1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, approximately
    Topping
    1 large egg
    1 tablespoon water
    1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
    1 teaspoon sesame seeds
    1 teaspoon poppy seed
    2 teaspoons cracked wheat
Preparation
    Stir first 8 ingredients together in large bowl.
    Add warm water and cooking oil.
    Mix.
    Work in enough remaining flour until dough pulls away from sides of bowl.
    Turn out onto floured surface.
    Knead about 4 minutes.
    Place in greased bowl, turning once to grease top.
    Cover with tea towel.
    Let stand in oven with light on and door closed for about 1 1/2 hours until doubled in bulk.
    Punch dough down.
    Cut dough into egg-sized pieces.
    Shape into buns.
    Set aside momemtarily.
    Topping:Beat egg and water with fork in small bowl.
    Stir next 4 ingredients together in another bowl.
    Brush top of each bun with egg wash, dip in seeds and arrange on greased baking sheet at least 1 inch apart.
    Cover with tea towel.
    Let stand in oven with light on and door closed for about 45 minutes until doubled in size.
    Bake in 375 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
    Turn out onto racks to cool.
