Sonoma County Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 ounces green chilies, chopped
    1/2 cup bisquick-type baking mix or 1/2 cup flour
    4 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
    12 eggs
    1 cup evaporated milk
    1 cup cottage cheese
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 dash paprika
    pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven 325\u00b0.
    Spray 13x9 glass dish with non-stick spray.
    Toss chiles and baking mix, then spread evenly onto bottom of dish.
    Top with shredded cheese.
    In a large bowl, beat remaining ingredients, and pour over cheese.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until light brown.
