Bacon-Taco Cheeseburger Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 lbs ground chuck
    6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    4 ounces parmesan cheese, grated
    4 ounces mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup breadcrumbs, toasted
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 (1 3/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix, hot and spicy
    1/3 cup ketchup
    2 tablespoons prepared mustard
    3 slices bacon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Toast bread crumbs.
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except 3 slices of bacon, mixing well.
    Press meat mixture into a 9 by 5 by 3-inch loaf pan, or shape into a loaf and place on a rack in a broiler pan. Place 3 slices of bacon on top of meatloaf. Bake for 40 minutes. I used the Flavorwave Oven.
