Cajun-Rubbed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken thighs
    1/4 cup paprika
    1 tablespoon kosher salt
    1 tablespoon garlic powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons thyme, dried
    1 teaspoon ground celery seed
    1 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Combine all but the chicken in a small bowl. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken thighs. Grill over medium heat, skin side down, for about 10 minutes. Flip the chicken and grill for another 5-10 minutes.
