Dusty Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 medium potatoes, chopped
1/3 cup butter, melted

Preparation

Mix together bread crumbs, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Dip potatoes into butter and then into crumb mixture.
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
