Low-Fat Low Sugar Bran Pineapple Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup all-bran cereal (I use AllBran)
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 egg whites
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/4 cup sugar substitute
1/4 cup pineapple chunk
Preparation

Combine milk and bran cereal and set aside for 5 minutes.
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to bran, then add egg white. Mix in pineapple chunks.
Divide into 6 sprayed muffin cups. Bake at 400\u00b0F for 18 minutes or to test.
