1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in small bowl until well blended.
Seal in an airtight container and store in a dark dry spot in the pantry. It will keep for up to a year.
