Grandma Sahlstrom'S Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs veal or 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
    1 lb finely ground ham
    1 cup cracker crumb
    1 cup milk
    salt & pepper
    2 eggs
    1 cup brown sugar
    2 tablespoons paprika
    1 tablespoon dry mustard
    1/2 cup vinegar
    1/2 cup water
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients, well with hands and mold in pan. Cover with foil and bake at 250 - 275 degrees for 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Keep covered until the last 1hr.
    While ham loaf is baking prepare sauce with remaining ingredients: place all ingredients in a small sauce pan bring to a boil for a minute. Simmer 10-15 minutes.
    When one hour remains drain off liquid from ham loaf and pour over sauce ham loaf. Basting every 15 minutes until sauce forms a glaze. Turn up a heat a little.
