Pizza Dough Sopaipilla - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups vegetable oil
1 (10 ounce) roll refrigerated pizza dough
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
Preparation

Heat oil on stove till temp reaches 350.
Roll out pizza dough on counter with rolling pin till about 1/8 inch thick.
Use a pizza cutter to cut into small triangles, about the size of a tortilla chip.
Mix sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Deep fry triangles in batches. Don't turn your back because these puppies fry up quick.
Drain on paper towels and throw in the bowl of sugar, shaking back and forth to coat evenly.
