Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups granulated sugar
    1/2 cup milk
    10 marshmallows
    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup chocolate chips
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    In heavy saucepan, bring marshmallows, milk and sugar to boil over medium heat. Continue to boil for 6 minutes.
    Remove pan from heat and stir in butter, vanilla and chocolate chips. Stir till smooth and pour into buttered 8 inch square pan.
    Cool thoroughly and cut into squares.
    Add 1/2 to 1 cup nuts, if desired, after butter and chips are melted.
