Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ounces cream cheese
    2 ounces butter
    1 large egg yolk (optional)
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 teaspoon lemon essence
    1 dash salt
    2 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients till light and smooth, five to ten minutes.
    Transfer to a bowl, or covered container, spread on cooled cake, or chill for up to a week.
