Vegan Almond Ricotta Cheese Or Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups raw almonds
    2 fresh garlic cloves
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup water
Preparation
    Soak almonds overnight and remove skins (optional).
    Puree all ingredients in food processor or blender for 5 to 10 minutes or until very, very smooth.
    Refrigerate til use.
