Sugar Free, Oatmeal Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 cups oatmeal
1 cup spelt flour
1/2 cup flax seed, ground
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (or ground nuts or dried fruit of your choice)
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon maple extract (Mapeline for Canadians, or Vanilla extract)
1/2 cup agave nectar
1/2 cup water (or milk)
Preparation

In large bowl mix dry ingredients.
thoroughly mix melted butter into dry ingredients.
in measuring cup (or small bowl) mix wet ingredients
thoroughly mix with dry
spread into 8'X8\" baking pan and bake at 375 F for approx 20 minutes.
cut into squares, cool and enjoy.
