Australian Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cabbage, shredded
1 onion, finely sliced
1 carrot, shredded
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt, pepper
Preparation

Add the first 3 ingredients to a bowl.
Mix the remaining ingredients into a sauce and pour over the veggies. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
