Kobe'S Shrimp Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons tomato paste
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 teaspoon ginger
    2 tablespoons sugar
    2 teaspoons soy sauce
    1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
    6 tablespoons water (more if needed)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Mix until smooth. Add more water if necessary to reach desired consistency (to be pourable). Refrigerate for several hours before serving,and even better to refrigerate overnight.
