Pecan Havarti Quesadilla With Pear Preserves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 inch) tortillas
    1/3 cup shredded havarti cheese
    2 tablespoons toasted pecans
    pear preserves
Preparation
    Sprinkle one side of tortilla with Havarti cheese.
    Top with pecans.
    Fold tortilla over filling.
    Coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray and cook quesadilla over medium high heat for 2 minutes each side or until cheese melts.
    Slice into wedges and serve with pear preserves.
