Party Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened and divided
    1 (6 ounce) jar pimento stuffed olives, drained and finely chopped
    12 flour tortillas, divided (10 inches)
    1 (6 ounce) package thinly sliced cooked turkey
    1/2 cup finely chopped dill pickle
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1 (6 ounce) package thinly sliced cooked ham
    1/4 cup finely chopped celery, plus
    2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
    1/4 cup hickory flavored barbecue sauce
    1 (6 ounce) package thinly sliced cooked beef
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, beat one package of cream cheese until smooth.
    Add olives and mix well.
    Spread an equal amount on four tortillas; top each tortilla with four slices turkey.
    Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap.
    Beat one package of cream cheese with pickles and mustard.
    Spread an equal amount on four tortillas; top each tortilla with 4 slices ham.
    Roll up and wrap in plastic wrap.
    Beat remaining cream cheese; add celery and barbecue sauce.
    Spread on remaining tortillas; top each tortilla with 4 slices beef.
    Roll up and wrap in plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
    Slice into 1/2 inch pieces.
