Tunisia: Beef Meatballs (Kefta De Boeuf) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    6 sprigs parsley, finely chopped
    2 tablespoons gruyere cheese, grated
    2 teaspoons ground coriander
    2 teaspoons harissa (Tunisia)
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 medium egg yolks
    1/4 cup breadcrumbs
    1/2 cup mashed potatoes
    1/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
    Directions\t Mix everything together, except the oil. Form into 10 meatballs. Heat oil in a skillet and brown the balls on all sides for about 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Serve over rice or couscous or can be served as an appetizer.
