Rich & Charlie'S Italian Salad Dressing (Light) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 tablespoons parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons wine vinegar
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons sugar
3 teaspoons dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup light Italian dressing
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
1 medium red onion, sliced
1 (2 1/2 ounce) jar pimientos
Preparation

Serve over iceberg and red leaf lettuce.
