Farmer'S Meatloaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon sage
Sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Preparation

Soak bread crumbs in milk.
Add remaining ingredients, pack lightly into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Combine sauce ingredients in small bowl, spread over top of meat loaf.
Bake an additional 45 minutes.
Slice to serve.
