Southwestern Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bacon
4 eggs
1/2 cup picante sauce
1/4 cup Italian dressing
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1 medium red bell pepper
1 small red onion
4 cups fresh Baby Spinach
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 (15 ounce) can black beans
Preparation

Cook bacon and let cool on paper towels.
Hard boil, peel, and slice eggs.
Combine picante sauce, dressing, and cumin.
Slice pepper and onion.
Crumble bacon.
Toss bacon, pepper, onion, spinach, and mushrooms in a salad bowl.
Rinse and drain black beans, add to salad.
Drizzle with dressing and toss again.
Garnish with egg slices.
