Cherry Brandy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

firm ripe cherries, include 10 cherry pits per every 1/2 kg cherries
3 ounces crushed sugar candy sprinkles
2 cloves
Preparation

Half fill wide mouthed glass jars with cherries.
Add flavourings to fruit and fill bottles with good brandy and cork securely.
Leave for three months, then strain and rebottle.
