Rosemary-Garlic Pumpkin Seeds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups fresh pumpkin seeds
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 tablespoon dried rosemary
    2 teaspoons garlic salt
    1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
    1/2 teaspoon dried sage
    salt & pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 275\u00b0.
    Toss the pumpkin seeds with olive oil and the spices.
    Spread the pumpkin seeds in a even layer on a rimmed baking sheet & roast for about 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes until golden brown.
