Fiesta Ranch Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ounce hidden valley fiesta ranch dip
    10 ounces rotel, original (drain excess liquid)
    16 ounces sour cream
    1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
    Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
    Serve with your favorite tortilla chips. To jazz it up add mexicorn or sweet corn, and top with finely shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and olives.
