Savory Hamburger With Spinach And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
    1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed (do not drain)
    3/4 cup converted rice
    1 teaspoon dried dill
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    In a skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic over medium high heat until beef is browned. Drain off fat.
    Stir in tomatoes, spinach, rice, dill and pepper. Heat to boiling and then reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
