Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
    2 cups sour cream
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1 cup breadcrumbs
    1/2 cup butter, melted
Preparation
    Place hash browns in a 13x9x2\" greased baking dish. Mix remaining.
    ingredients, except bread crumbs and butter; pour over potatoes. Cover.
    with bread crumbs & top with melted butter. Bake at 325* for 1 hour.
    Serves 8 - 10.
