Healthier Clam Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup nonfat yogurt
    1/2 teaspoon dry buttermilk
    1 (6 1/2 ounce) can minced clams, drained (reserving 2 tablespoons liquid)
    1/4 tablespoon dried parsley
    1 garlic clove, finely chopped
    1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne
Preparation
    In small mixer bowl beet yogurt, buttermilk powder, cayenne and clam liquid until smooth.
    stir in remaining ingredients.
    cover and chill thoroughly.
