Potatoes In Butter And Garlic (Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium russet potatoes (cleaned and cut into bite sized pieces with skin on)
1 teaspoon seasoning salt (like Lawrey's, if you don't have this just use a bit of extra salt and pepper)
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter, diced
Preparation

Place the potatoes in a 2-qt. microwave-safe dish with a cover. Sprinkle with the seasoning salt, pepper, garlic powder and salt.
Dot the top of the potatoes with butter. Cover and microwave on high for 8 minutes.
Remove from microwave and toss potatoes and butter together. Cover and cook for an additional 2 - 4 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
