Coffee Cream Pie! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup flour
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    2/3 cup sugar
    1 cup strong coffee
    1 cup milk
    2 egg yolks
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 baked pastry shells
    Meringue
    12 egg whites
    4 tablespoons sugar
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350.
    Combine flour, salt and sugar, mix well.
    Add in the coffee and milk.
    Cook until thick, and stir constantly.
    Slowly stir in beaten yolks, cook 1 minute.
    Add butter, combine.
    Let cool well.
    When cooled, pour into shell.
    MERINGUE:
    Beat whites until frothy. Gradually add in the sugar and vanilla extract, & continue to beat until stiff.
    Top pie with meringue.
    Bake for 10-15 minutes.
