Spice Dusted Roasted Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
    1 1/2 tablespoons cumin
    1 tablespoon hot paprika
    2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400. In a large pan, place cauliflower.
    Dust with spices and toss with oil. Rearrange florets so they are in a single layer.
    Roast for 15 minutes or until dark brown and caramelized around the edges. Sprinkle with salt and serve.
