Mango Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large mango, peeled and chopped
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup slivered almonds
Preparation

Puree mango pieces in a food processor or blender.
Whip cream, adding sugar once the cream begins to thicken.
Fold cream into mango puree.
Refrigerate until needed.
When serving, top with slivered almonds.
