Glazed Peanuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 kg peanuts
    1 kg raw sugar
    3 egg whites
    2 tablespoons water
    1 pinch grated nutmeg
    1 tablespoon ground ginger
    1 pinch cinnamon, to taste
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in baking dish.
    Stir well to combine.
    Heat oven to 150°C Place in oven and cook for about 1 hour, stirring regularly.
    Leave to cool before storing in jars.
