Elsie'S Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/4 cups flour
    1 3/4 cups shortening
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1 tablespoon vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 cup water (7 Tbs)
Preparation
    Combine flour, shortening, sugar and salt with a fork.
    In a seperate bowl, combine vinegar, egg and water.
    Combine all ingredients until moist.
    Chill at least 15 minutes.
    Roll out into 2 circles if using immediately and bake according to pie's directions.
