Consomme Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans beef consomme
    1/3 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
    1 tablespoon dried parsley
    3/8 cup butter or 3/8 cup margarine
    2 cups uncooked white rice (not instant or quick-cooking)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in casserole dish.
    Bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, or until rice is tender.
