Beef And Bulgur Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 cup uncooked bulgur
2 cups water
1 tablespoon dried parsley
2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 350 F.
Cook ground beef and onion in 10\" skillet, stirring frequently, until beef is brown. Drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients except for the parmesan cheese.
Pour into ungreased 2.5 quart casserole dish.
Cover and bake about 45 minutes, or until bulgur is tender.
Stir in cheese.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired.
