Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed
    1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, chopped
    8 ounces cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    2 cups swiss cheese, grated and divided
    1 (8 ounce) can crabmeat (optional)
    1 lemon, juice of
    1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
    1 shallot, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
    Saute shallot and garlic in olive oil.
    Mix together all other ingredients except crab.
    Fold in crab.
    Pour into 9x9 baking dish.
    Top with 1 cup of swiss cheese.
    Bake 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serve with flat bread chips or toasted bread rounds.
